NIKOLAEV, JULY, 08TH, 2008, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The People's Deputy (Party of regions) Nikolay Kruglov has taken part in joint session of deputy group of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on communications with parliament of Ukraine and deputy group of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on inter-parliamentary communications with the Russian Federation which took place in Odessa on July 5 — 6th, IA “Context-Prichernomorie” correspondent reports.

The agency was informed about this today, on July, 8th, by Natalia Lushchan — assistant-adviser of N. Kruglov.

As she said, the main theme of a meeting was a condition of the Russian-Ukrainian attitudes and fulfillment of obligations under the Friendship treaty, cooperation and partnership between the Russian Federation and Ukraine.

The meeting took place in such format for the first time since time of ratification of the Contract and has been caused by that the State Duma of Russia has accepted the decision about a possible withdrawal of Russia from the Contract in case of adjoining of Ukraine to the Plan of action on NATO membership.

There were no official documents accepted.
