MYKOLAIV, AUGUST 30th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― II International festival of culture and arts Friends’ Meetings to be held in Mykolaiv 2―3 September, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of Mykolaiv city council informed today, 30 August.

According to the press service, September, 1 to 3 in the south of Ukraine there will be the second International Festival of Culture and Arts Friends’ Meetings, which will be attended by renowned musicians from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine. The festival is supported by the administrations of the presidents of Russia and Ukraine. Its programme provides a range of performances in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Izmail, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and Izmail. Within the framework of the 75th Anniversary of the Mykolaiv region and the 223rd Anniversary of the Mykolaiv City, with the support of the City Council, 2 September, at 18:00 in the Regional Palace of Culture (square Shipbuilders, 3) there will be a concert of the State Academic Kuban Cossack Choir. 3 September, at 18:00 in Mykolaiv Academic Art Theatre of Russian Drama vocal art lovers can enjoy a creative gift from the People’s Artist of Russia Sergey Zakharov.

Everyone is invited to attend the concerts. Admission is free.
