ODESA, OCTOBER 16th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― One of the stars in the Aquarius constellation has got the name “Shustov”, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The Development Director of the International Star Catalogue Maksim Kuzmitsky reported yesterday, 15 October, at the press conference.

“In the name of the International Star Catalogue I congratulate Shustov on the Anniversary. International star catalogue is the only organization in the world, registers the names of the stars. It was founded by the legendary cosmonaut Gherman Titov. The Star called Shustov is one of the brightest stars”, Mr Kuzmitsky noted.

Development Director of the International Star Catalogue gave the Chairman of the Board of PJSC Odesa Cognac Factory Ilona Nadvodskaya commemorative certificate and documents in possession of the star name.

INFORMATION: Odesa Cognac Factory was founded in 1863. In 1900 at the sampling contest in Paris the factory got the right to name their products Cognac. The enterprise became closed joint stock company in December 2002. OCF CJSC owns Shustov TM. The company produces 12 sorts of ordinary and vintage cognacs, 12 sorts of Vodka and 3 sorts of Sparkling wine.

The company also owns vine filed over 1000 hectares and old storehouse of barrels (15 thousand units). Since 2007 the company is a part of the largest holding in the SIC together with Khotytsya, Crimean Wine House, Megapolis (Ukraine), Megapolis (Russia).
