ODESA, OCTOBER 20th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Representative of oil company SOCAR in Ukraine Azi Aslanov has stated Ukraine and Azerbaijan successfully develop good neighborly relations, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Azi Aslanov stated yesterday, 19 October, during the celebration of 21st Anniversary of Azerbaijan Independence.

“Ukrainian-Azerbaijani relations based on the strong friendship traditions, good-neighborliness and mutual respect continue to develop in a positive manner. Political dialogues, multidimensional cooperation, partnership in economy and politics sectors are developing”, Azi Aslanov noted. “SOCAR Company has its office for three years in Ukraine. It was a new stage in the development of energy and social partnership between Ukraine and Azerbaijan”.

“Today SOCAR in Ukraine can carry out its main task ― to manage and to develop the company in the public interest. Since its establishment in Ukraine, our company continues to corporate strategy, operating all over the world, where our company is presented. We strive to develop the social infrastructure through social investment. We invest money in the repairing and construction of equipment”, he added.
