Shabo participates in specialized “Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair”

ODESA, NOVEMBER 19th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Wine Cultural Centre “Shabo” has participated in one of the largest international exhibition “Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair”, Hong Kong, through 8 ― 10 November, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

According to the press service, wine company “Shabo” declared itself on the prestigious international exhibition “Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair”, presenting its products at its own stand for the first time.

Executive director of “Shabo” Georgiy Mshvidobadze noted, “Shabo worked out a trademark specifically for the Asian market, fully reflected the tastes and preferences of Asian consumers. At the same time it maintained a superior quality and unique taste and flavour characteristics of Shabo product.

Shabo presented still and sparkling wines, vermouth, brandy and grape vodka. Over the 3 days of the exhibition the stand was attended by over 300 representatives of companies interested in the promotion and implementation of authentic Ukrainian wine and brandy in China and Hong Kong. Products of “Shabo” attracted not only Asian distributors’ interest, but also experts’ from Australia and South Africa.

Business result of Shabo’s participation in the exhibition “Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair” was a signing a protocol of intent with some Asian distribution companies.

It is worth noting, it was fourth international exhibition in 2012, where Shabo Company presented Ukraine.

“Shabo” is the only Ukrainian company for the first time introduced the national wine with its own stand at the high level exhibition. We are a kind of ambassador of Ukraine in Asia. Wine is a cultural heritage of the people, and at the beginning of November, the Asian consumer had the opportunity to appreciate the culture of the Ukrainian wine”, Mr. Mshvidobadze noted.
