ODESA, NOVEMBER 23rd, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Public hearings “Ukraine’s European perspective after elections 2012” have been held today, 23 November, in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The organizers of the public hearing “Ukraine’s European perspective after elections 2012” are the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation and Konrad Adenauer Foundation's Representation to Ukraine with the support of the The National Endowment for Democracy (USA).

The programme of the public hearings is divided into two sessions: the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine and Moldova: content, implications and prospects of signing and implementation; and prospects of Ukraine's presidency over the OSCE in 2013: official priorities and position of civil society.

The public hearing were attended by the representatives of the Committee of European integration of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Konrad Adenauer Foundation's Representation to Ukraine, the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation, the Department for International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Office for communications of the Department on European Integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Centre of the international studies of the Odesa National Mechnikov University, Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Odesa.
