ODESA, NOVEMBER 29th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Consul General of Romania to Odesa Emil Rapcea has promised to try to maintain cooperation between Odesa National Mechnikov University and Romania universities, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Emil Rapcea stated today, 29 November, during the meeting with rector of ONU Igor Koval.

«It is almost my first official meeting as the Consul General of Romania to Odesa. I know a lot about the prestige of this university, not only in Ukraine, but also in the world. I realized the leadership of your country understands that there is no future without education. And ONU, providing education, builds the future of the country”, the Consul General noted.

“Romania’s policy priorities are to develop good relations with its neighbours. And Ukraine is a close neighbour of Romania. I'll try to maintain cooperation of your university with the universities of Romania. We will decide problems together”, he added.
