ODESA, DECEMBER 11th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Consul General of Romania to Odesa Emil Rapcea has expressed the necessity in strong ties with Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Consul General of Romania to Odesa Emil Rapcea reported yesterday, 10 December, during the meeting with Chairman of the Odesa Regional Council Mykola Pundik.

“When I got an appointment to Odesa, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Counsellor told me about the necessity in modern and constructive relations with South Ukraine, especially with Odesa. We need to develop strong relations”, the Consul General noted.
