ODESA, DECEMBER 14th, 2012, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Odesa Mayor Oleksiy Kostusev has held a protocol meeting with Consul General of Romania to Odesa Emil Rapcea, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The Odesa City Council Information Office informed today, 14 December.

According to the Office, Consul General of Romania Emil Rapcea paid a courtesy visit to Odesa mayor Oleksiy Kostusev in connection with receiving an exequatur and beginning of a diplomatic mission in Odesa, Kirovograd, Mykolaiv, Kherson regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

During the meeting the sides discussed prospects of cooperation between the twin cities of Odesa and Constanta. In particular, the possibility of creating a working group for developing and strengthening of economic, tourism and cultural ties between the two cities was discussed.

“We have a series of projects we would like to bring a new level and to implement. We will proceed with the work immediately after the holidays. I am sure our cooperation will be productive”, Consul General of Romania to Odesa Emil Rapcea commented the results of the meeting.
