Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions of Europe to be held in Odesa

ODESA, FEBRUARY 15th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― In association with the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions of Europe (CPMR) is planned to hold a meeting of the Balkan and Black Sea Commission General Assembly 26 April in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Odesa Region Council’s press service reported today, 15 February.

According to the press service, it is planned to hold a meeting of the Balkan and Black Sea Commission General Assembly of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions of Europe on April 26 in Odesa.

“Balkan and Black Sea Commission is an effective platform to promote the cooperation of Peripheral Maritime Regions. In particular, in the framework of the current General Assembly issues on development of regional cooperation are expected to consider, including the involvement of the implementation of a common European policy on marine economic sector and related industries, as well as to the implementation of the relevant joint projects”, the press-service noted.

The coordinator of the event is the International Business Department and European Integration of Odesa Regional Administration.
