ODESA, MARCH 1st, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― President of the International Festival of clowns and mimes Comediada, People's Artist of Ukraine Georgiy Deliev believes that Odesa has always been and continues to be a centre of international humour, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Mr Deliev reported it today, 1 March, during the press conference.

“Odessa has always been and continues to be a centre of international humour, because this city is really a laboratory of humour... The Maski theatre is a theatre of clownery fulfilled itself on the stage, television, and film... And for the purpose to extend the laboratory of humour and clownery, we created the Comediada festival three years ago. We started inviting people like us, the same insane and crazy clowns, with different philosophies, different styles, different forms of impact on the viewer. Each theatre artist is a separate planet. And we are glad they come to Odesa”, he noted.

As reported before, the III International Festival of clowns and mimes Comediada will be held 29 March ― 1 April in Odesa.
