ODESA, MARCH 11th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― The President of Latvia Andris Bērziņš will visit Odesa region on 15 March, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the Department of Foreign Economic Activity and European Integration of Odesa Regional State Administration reported today, 11 March.

According to the Department, 15 March, during the official visit of the President of the Republic of Latvia Andris Bērziņš to the Odesa region, the Ukrainian-Latvian business meeting will be held. The event will be organized with the support of the Department for Foreign Economic Affairs and European Integration of the Odesa Regional State Administration in order to avail of the economic potential of the Odesa region and the establishment of business relations with the business representatives of the Odesa region.

In the framework of the meeting the presentation of the economic potential of Odesa region will take place. Also the most important areas of bilateral cooperation, including: finance and consulting, food production, transportation, logistics services, information technology and telecommunications, metal, machinery, woodworking; architecture, construction, building materials, electronics, household chemicals, pharmaceuticals, education will be discussed by business representatives during the individual negotiations.
