ODESA, MARCH 18th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― President of Latvia Andris Bērziņš has expressed surprise how actively Odesa involved in European integration, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Such a statement Andris Bērziņš made on Friday, 15 March, during the briefing in Odesa.

I am very surprised how actively you included in the European integration process. I personally had the opportunity to become familiar with this development, and we talked with the regional administration... There are many areas where we can work together helping each other to go deeper into the process. It will be mutually beneficial to all parties that are interested in it. And here, especially in Odesa, it is clearly seen. The process is going on ― for example, the German investors and local authorities invest together – it is the practical steps that are very necessary for everybody, including for your country... The most important and necessary thing for the business is a joint trust”, the President mentioned.
