The art director of the International Festival-Contest of the Young Talents “Zvezdochka” Oleksandr Stepanov reported today, 4 June, during a press conference.

According to the information, XX International Festival of the Young Talents “Zvezdochka” will be held 5-11 June in Odesa. This year's festival takes place within the Art festival “Belaya Akatsiya”.

8 June at 4 p.m. in the large hall of the Odesa Philharmonic will be held performances by dance groups, vocal groups and members of the category “Folklore”. At the same time, in a small hall instrumentalists and members of the nomination “Academic vocal” will compete.

The friendship concert of the winners of international competitions and festivals from Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria, Lithuania and China will be held 9 June at 12 p.m. The members of the jury ― the singer Josef Ivashka (Austria), composer Yury Martynov (Russia) will also performed. The festive show will ended with a friend’s song from the musical “The Bremen Town Musicians”.

“In total more than 300 participants will participate in the festival,” he added.
