ODESA, JUNE 4th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — International Arts Festival “Belaya Akatsiya” will be held 7―9 June in Odesa, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Director of the Odesa Regional Philharmonic Galina Zitser reported today, 4 June, during the press conference.

The director noted that the festival will run on five sites: in the Odesa Philharmonic, Historical―Local History museum and Literary museum. A concert of organ music will be held in the Cathedral of St. Paul (Lutheran church). And the Ensemble of Ukrainian music, song and dance “Chayka” will perform on Dumskaya Square. In total, the festival will be attended by 250 people.

In addition, in the days of “Belaya Akatsiya” it is planned 20 charity out concerts for veterans, low-income people and people with disabilities.

“The festival will be even more large-scale and interesting than last year. We are very grateful to the Governor of Odesa region, Eduard Matviychuk who helped to renew the festival and with whose support it is being held. The festival will be bright, colorful and memorable,” Mrs Zitser said.
