ODESA, JUNE 20th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Director of the National research Centre NAAS of “Tairov Institute of viticulture and wine-producing” Vyacheslav Vlasov has had a working visit to the Republic of Armenia, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Mr Vlasov reported yesterday, 19 June, during the interview.

The director of the Institute noted that he visited the Republic of Armenia from 10 to 16 June at the invitation of the Armenian community of Odesa. Purpose of the trip was to familiarize with the history, science, and cultural traditions of Armenia.

He added that during the trip there were interesting and fruitful meetings with the rector of the National Agrarian University of Armenia Arshaluys P. Tarverdyan, the director of the Yerevan Brandy Company Ara K. Grigoryan. The agreements on scientific and technical cooperation with the National Agrarian University of Armenia and the Yerevan Brandy Company were signed.

In addition, Mr Vlasov visited the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, where he had a talk with its President Radik Martirosyan.
