ODESA, JULY 22nd, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― First Deputy Mayor of Odesa Mykola Ilchenko has conducted talks with the owner and president of the French airlines “Enhance Aero Group” Mr Bruno Lechevin about the possibility to establish direct flights in Odesa to Paris and Marseille, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Odesa City Council Information Office reported today, 22 July.

According to the Office, advance agreements on cooperation with Mr Lechevin were made by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Odesa City Council. In the words of the city deputy mayor of Odesa Elena Pavlova, the city is doing everything to ensure that the municipal tourist infrastructure is actively developing. And the attraction of the new European Air Operator, which is a leader in the field of small shipments, is particularly favorable.

Preliminary talks with Bruno Lechevin were held by the first deputy mayor Mykola Ilchenko. The sides discussed the possibility of a direct air service between Odesa-Paris and Odesa-Marseille. The leaders of the International airport “Odesa” participated in discussing of the technical feasibility of the project.

Mr Ilchenko said that all that is beneficial to the welfare of the residents of the city will be supported by the municipality. The parties expressed their willingness to contribute to the rapid expansion of air service project of Odesa.
