ODESA, JULY 27th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― The international airport “Odesa” has taken part in the sectorial forum for the development of air routes Routes CIS 2013, which took place in Donetsk from 21 to 23 July, and has presented a new built terminal to potential partners, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

According to the press service, the airport “Odesa” took part in the prestigious sectorial forum for the development of air routes Routes CIS 2013, which was held in Donetsk from 21 to 23 July.

Main objective of the forum ― the further development of the global network of air routes. With this purpose more than 250 delegates and representatives of the airline’s top managers of the leading airports in Europe and the CIS region attended the event.

“Over the three days of hard work, representatives of the International airport “Odesa” held a series of talks with Ukrainian and foreign airlines for the opening of new routes in our city. In the bilateral meetings Odesa delegation presented a new terminal under construction to potential partners. Especially carriers were interested in infrastructure, which will have a new terminal, as well as the ability to provide passengers with all the services offered by the airlines. The participants noted that the emergence of a modern airport in Odesa, together with a favourable geographical and economic situation and the great cultural heritage will give a significant boost to the development of air transport in the region in the nearest future,” the press-service noted.
