ODESA, SEPTEMBER 3rd, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― More than 250 IT, media and design specialists from 10 countries have attended international conference OdessaCamp 2013, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.
The organizers of the conference reported today, 3 September.
According to the organizers, the conference OdessaCamp was held 23-25 August, at the A.S. Popov Odesa National Academy of Telecommunications.
The conference was attended by 250 people, 45 speakers, including guests from 10 countries (Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, USA, United Kingdom, Belarus, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania).
In the framework of the conference, the exhibition of works of the world best vector artists ― OdessaDraw ― was conducted. It was attended by 80 artists from 29 countries, from Ukraine and Peru, the United States and Germany to Indonesia and Japan. Odesa citizens can visit the exhibition at the Museum of Western and Eastern Art till 4 September.
“The conference confidently confirmed its status among professionals in the field of start-ups and social media. There were a lot of questions and discussions in the margins. Events such as OdessaCamp are very important for the development of the Hi-Tech industry in Ukraine and the formation of mutually beneficial cooperation at the international level,” said the speaker, the founder of several successful businesses, including start-up companies, Vadim Cherdak (USA).
