ODESA, OCTOBER 4th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — The United Nations and the European Union carry out a joint project for the development of settlements with a population of less than 10 thousand people in 12 districts of the Odesa region, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Activity and European Integration of Odesa Regional State Administration Anastasia Andronova noted yesterday, 3 October, during the press conference in IA “Context-Prichernomorie”.

According to Mrs Andronova, the United Nations and the European Union represents a joint project in 12 districts of Odesa region.

“This refers to reconstruction of the medical stations, and the construction and reconstruction of water supply and repair of schools and stuff. These projects are implemented in settlements with a population of less than 10 thousand people. And people mention the problems existing in their villages themselves,” she noted.
