ODESA, OCTOBER 18th, 2013, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― The EU Ambassador to Ukraine Yan Tombinski has stated that the EU is a good mechanism of solidarity, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Yan Tombinski noted yesterday, 17 October, during the interview in Odesa.

“The EU is a community that is built on the principle of universal responsibility. The EU is a great solidarity mechanism how to help each other in times of crisis, as the policy of it is a constant preparation for times of crisis... Democracy is a good mechanism, which allows a parliament after the people’s choice,” he noted.
