ODESA, JANUARY 24th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Consul General of Greece in Odesa Antonio Haziroglou has stated, that Greece will direct efforts to improve the economic governance of the EU, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Antonio Haziroglou noted yesterday, 23 January, during the presentation of the priorities of the Greek Presidency of the European Union.

The Greek presidency of the EU will focus its efforts on improving economic governance of the European Union and the euro-zone, and will promote economic and employment growth. The priority is to strengthen the foundation for a prosperous economic and monetary union, which will coordinate economic policies and put the end to the observed uncertainty and instability, promoting the initiative to protect the single currency,” he noted.
