ODESA, JANUARY 24th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Consul General of Greece in Odesa Antonio Haziroglou has stated, that the protection of the common European borders is one of the priorities of the Greek Presidency of the EU and joint management of migration flows, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Antonio Haziroglou noted yesterday, 23 January, during the presentation of the priorities of the Greek Presidency of the European Union.

“Reasons for migration flows still exist in Europe. And the consequences of illegal migration plague the EU, within its external borders. And so one another priority of the Greek Presidency of the EU is to protect the common European borders, joint management of migration flows through the equitable distribution of load as well as the expansion of intra-EU mobility, both in terms of movement of European citizens, and to promote the third-country nationals in obtaining visas,” he noted.
