ODESA, APRIL 9th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Odesa Acting Mayor, City Council Secretary Oleg Bryndak and Acting first deputy mayor of Odesa Oles Yanchuk have held several meetings with representatives of foreign delegations, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Odesa City Council Information Office noted today, 9 April.

The Department noted that today, April 9, several meetings between city leaders and representatives of foreign delegations were held at the Odesa City Hall.

Odesa Acting Mayor O. Bryndak met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to Ukraine Reuven Din Elem. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Ambassador Itzhak Carmel; First Secretary of the Embassy of Israel in Ukraine, Director of the Israeli cultural center in Odesa Yulia Dor.

The sides discussed the political situation in Ukraine, as well as priority areas for bilateral cooperation.

On the same day, Acting first deputy mayor of Odesa O. Janchuk held talks with members of the monitoring mission by the UN Human Rights in the Odesa region Alexander Hudokormoff and Arthur Yatsevich. During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of human rights in Odesa and Ukraine.
