ODESA, APRIL 7th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Vice Prime Minister — Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic Miroslav Lajčák has stated that Slovakia is ready to share experience with Ukraine joining the EU, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Miroslav Lajčák noted today, 7 April, during a press conference after meeting with the Chairman of the Odesa Regional State Administration Volodymyr Nemirovsky.

“EU is ready to help you with challenges that stood before you now. It will not be easy, but there is experience of countries such as Slovakia, Poland, Hungary or the Czech Republic. And I can tell you that because of our membership in European Union, our life became easier, more successful, and richer and laws are observed to a greater extent.

We are interested in Ukraine to become stable state, democratic and prosperous. We think that the European way is a good way, and we are ready to help you,” he noted.
