ODESA, APRIL 11th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE ― Chairman of the Odesa Regional State Administration Volodymyr Nemirovsky has stated that United States understand the value of Odesa as part of Ukraine and Europe, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

V. Nemirovsky said today, 11 April, during a briefing after a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to Ukraine Jeffrey Payette.

“Ambassador of the United States of America visited Odesa. The United States is very keenly interested in what is happening in Odesa. They understand its value as part of Ukraine, of Europe and discuss steps to the friendly participation, support and assistance to the Ukrainian people and Odesa in particular,” he said.
