ODESA, MAY 30th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – The Chairman of Odesa Regional State Administration Igor Palitsa has met with the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Odesa Joanna Stzhelchik, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

According to the information, the Chairman of Odesa Regional State Administration Igor Palitsa met with the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Odesa Joanna Stzhelchik 28 May.

During the meeting the sides discussed issues of further growth of positive dynamics of cooperation in interregional and foreign aspect.

“We appreciate the friendship between Poland and Ukraine, and the experience of EU membership your state has. We understand how difficult it was to look about and start working in a united Europe. Our country is also going to the EU, so we are interested in your way and experience. I would like to understand how the economy was built in Poland in the EU mechanism. We are open to dialogue and will be happy to contribute in further cooperation between Odesa region and Poland,” the governor said.

The State Administration decoration for contribution to development of cooperation Odesa region with Poland was conferred on Consul.
