ODESA, JUNE 16th, 2014, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Head of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Rajiv Shah will visit Odesa tomorrow, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

According to the information, the head of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Rajiv Shah will visit Odesa tomorrow during his working visit to Ukraine and Moldova.

During his stay, the head of USAID will meet with the administration of Odesa port and will discuss issues of port development and its role in realizing the potential of Ukraine as an exporter of agricultural products to the world market.

R. Shah also will visit the regional tuberculosis dispensary, familiarize with the epidemiological situation in the Odesa region, and discuss reforms in the procurement of drugs and medical equipment, as well as a partnership with USAID.
