ODESSA, FEBRUARY 2nd, 2015, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — From today at the Training Center of SE “Odessa Commercial Sea Port” the classes with the program “Global Maritime Distress & Safety System” have been started, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the Administration of the Ports of Ukraine noted today, February 2.

According to the information, the Training Center of SE “Odessa Commercial Sea Port” opened new classes with the program “Global Maritime Distress & Safety System” (GMDSS).

The training center created a specialized class with all necessary equipment and software, teachers passed the licensing process.

The Head of the training center Volodymyr Krupka noted that today the center is ready to provide services in training and further training in GMDSS program, not only for the personnel fleet of SE “OCSP”, but the sailors of other enterprises of domestic maritime industry, as well as workers of foreign companies.
