Today we see negligence of the problems of the maritime industry
18:40 / 19.01.2015

ODESSA, JANUARY 19th, 2015, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — Politician, MP of III, VI, VII convocations Sergiy Grynevetsky believes that today the negligence of the problems of the marine industry in Ukraine by the authorities is looking up, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Sergiy Grynevetsky noted today, January 19, during the interview.

“I am deeply convinced, within internal and external problems Ukraine faced worth talking about, at first glance, minor issue as the prospects of the Danube navigation, the Danube ports and the Danube Region of Ukraine as a whole. Needless to say a number of reasons, which in the current crisis acquire qualitatively new value. I have repeatedly spoken and written about the problems of maritime transport in general and the Danube navigation in particular. However, unfortunately, questions remained unanswered, as unanswered left most of the proposals for the development of maritime complex from the expert community, such as the National Institute for Strategic Studies,” he noted.

“Unfortunately, such negligence of the problems of the maritime industry, as well as transport as a whole, we see today. In the adopted program of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine many times used the word “new”: “New defense policy”, “New Economic Policy”, “New anti-corruption policy”, etc. But there is not any new transport policy, what is strange for a country with such a transit potential,” he added.
