ODESSA, JUNE 4th, 2015, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — According to the operative information of the main seaport dispatching Yuzhny administration, the handling of all port operators working in the port amounted to 20.497 million tons for January-May 2015, which is 8.4% more for the same period in 2014, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

According to the information, in January-May 2015 cargo processing of all port operators in the waters of the port amounted to 20 million 497 thousand tons, which is 8.4% more for the same period in 2014.

Processing of export cargo amounted to 15 million 251.5 thousand tons (an increase of 5.3% as compared to 2014), imports — 2 million 505.2 thousand tons (an increase of 7.9%), cabotage – 12.7 thousand tons (an increase of 411.2%).

4 of 14 port operators have increased cargo handling in the reporting period compared to the same period in 2014: SE ISP Yuzhny from 6 million 315.9 thousand tons to 6 million 861.1 thousand tons (+ 8.6%); LLC “Transinvestservice” from 6 million 71.9 thousand tons to 7 million 407 thousand tons (+ 22.0%); “TIS-Mindobriva” from 733.0 thousand tons to 823.1 thousand tons (+ 12.3%); “Delta Vilmar SND” from 155.9 thousand tons to 245.4 thousand tons (+ 57.4%).
