ODESSA, JANUARY 27th, 2016, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – In 2016 it had been received more than 30 applications for cruise ships in the Odessa sea port, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The head of the Administration of the port of Odessa Sea Port Mikhail Sokolov noted yesterday, January 27, during a press conference on the results of last year.

According to him, 36 applications were received for the cruise ships in 2016.

In addition, M. Sokolov noted that the increase in the attractiveness of the port will take regular session of the General Assembly of the Association «Medkruiz» at the port of Odessa.

As previously reported, at the General Meeting of members of the 46th General Assembly of the International Association of the Black Sea and Mediterranean ports «Medkruiz», which was held in Zadar in June 2015 (the Republic of Croatia), it was unanimously decided to hold the May-June 2016 48th General Assembly at the Odessa seaport.
