ODESSA, JANUARY 27th, 2016, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE – Export of goods from the Odessa port in 2015 has been increased by 18%, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The report of the Chief of Administration of Odessa Sea Port Mikhail Sokolov noted today, 27 January.

According to the report, the share of export of goods in the port cargo turnover for 2015 amounted to 19 million 20 thousand 800 tons, which is 18% more than in 2014.

At the same time there is a general tendency of the fall in imports and transit.

The volume of transit cargo decreased by 23% compared to the 2014 year and amounted to 3 million 775 thousand 900 tons.

Import of cargo — 2 million 731 thousand 200 tons were processed in 2015. This figure has been decreased by 17% compared to 2014 year.
