ODESSA, MARCH 4th, 2016, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — In January and February 2016 total turnover of public and private stevedoring companies operating in the territory of the Odessa seaport has been amounted to 3 million 785.7 thousand tons, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of the State Enterprise “The Administration of the Seaports of Ukraine” reported today, March 4.

According to the operative data, the total turnover in the Odessa Port in January-February amounted to 3 million 785.7 thousand tons, which is 11.1% less than 2 months of 2015, when turnover reached 4 million 259.13 thousand tons.

Liquid cargo handled in the port reached 416.6 thousand tons (42.4% from the January-February of 2015); bulk dry cargo — 1 million 380.7 thousand tons (99.2%); unitized cargo — 1 million 988.4 thousand tons (105.5%).
