KHERSON, MAY 13th, 2016, CONTEXT-PRICHERNOMORIE — In January-April, the total cargo turnover of stevedoring companies operating in the port of Kherson has amounted 1 million 86.37 thousand tons, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

The press service of SE “Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine” reported today, May 13.

According to operative data, for 4 months total cargo turnover at the port reached 1 million 86.37 thousand tons or 91.2% compared to January-April 2015, when the turnover was 1 million 191.55 thousand tons.

During this period liquid cargo handled in the port reached 39.14 thousand tons (359.4% to the index of January-April 2015); bulk dry cargo — 821.83 thousand tons (99.7%); unitized cargo — 225,4 thousand tons (63.2%).
