Kherson, 26 AUGUST 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — The military Prosecutor's office of Kherson garrison captain of the tax police is reported about suspicion, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

It was reported to the agency today, August 26, by the press Secretary of the military Prosecutor of the Southern region of Ukraine Yana Stekacheva.

As noted by the press Secretary, the Military Prosecutor's office of Kherson garrison reported about suspicion of a criminal offence to the senior inspector of one the Main Control Department of the State Fiscal Service in the Kherson region. This crime is provided by article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of unlawful benefit by an official).

During a pre-trial investigation it is established that the aforementioned Captain N. received from citizen S. illegal benefit in the amount of 3 thousand UAH for not involvement of the last to the administrative responsibility and not preventing his business activities on the Black sea coast.

The press Secretary added that the Military Prosecutor's office prepares the petition to elect suspect measure of restraint. Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by the Kherson garrison military Prosecutor’s office of the Southern region of Ukraine.
