NIKOLAEV, 30 SEPTEMBER 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — Deputy Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine Nadezhda Kaznacheeva said that the Ministry of infrastructure begins work on the project of concession of public enterprises, and the first is planned to transfer in concession of SMP «Oktyabrsk», the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

It was reported to the agency today, September 30, in a press-service of the SE «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority», Deputy Minister said this during her working visit to Nikolaev and Kherson regions.

N. Kaznacheeva, together with representatives of international financial organizations visited the SE SMP «Oktyabrsk» in the Nikolaev area and the Kherson sea commercial port.

«We are starting to work in the framework of public-private partnership concession port «Oktyabrsk». The port has great potential for development and attracting cargo. I hope it is with this port, we will begin the development of public-private partnership through concessions. Pleased to welcome representatives of the EBRD and the World Bank that support our initiative, investing time and resources into the development of this project», — said the Deputy Minister at a briefing by results of acquaintance with the infrastructure of the port.
