KHERSON, 30 SEPTEMBER 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — Deputy Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine Nadezhda Kaznacheeva said that the Ministry of infrastructure begins work on the project of concession of public enterprises, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

It was reported to the agency today, September 30, in a press-service of the SE «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority», Deputy Minister said this during her working visit to Nikolaev and Kherson regions.

N. Kaznacheeva, together with representatives of international financial organizations visited the SE SMP «Oktyabrsk» in the Nikolaev area and the Kherson sea commercial port.

When visiting Kherson sea commercial port, N. Kaznacheeva thanked the world Bank, the International Finance Corporation and the EBRD for joint work.

«We are starting work on the project of concession of public enterprises, as this tool is the most effective to attract investors. We hope that our pilot project, which includes, in particular, the Kherson sea commercial port, will be successful. And we believe in it, not only we, but also our international partners.

Hopefully, at the beginning of December this year will start work on the documents for the tender. In parallel, we are working on drafting a new law on concessions», — said Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
