Odessa, 19 OCTOBER 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — In January-September 2016 6 Odessa port stevedoring companies increased their cargo turnover compared to the same period in 2015, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

During a press conference on October 18 this was stated by the head of administration of the Odessa sea port Mikhail Sokolov.

According to him, out of the fifteen port stevedoring companies, six companies have increased cargo handling volumes in the reporting period compared to the same period of 2015.

Thus, the company «Brooklyn-Kiev», the operator of the facilities Khlebnaya harbour, exceeded 3 million 516 thousand 3 tons, the operator of the container terminal at the Quarantine mole of SE «HPC Ukraina» — 3 million 136 thousand 900 tons. Also in the top three among the stevedores of the Odessa port became the operator of the container terminal in Khlebnaya harbour, LLC «Brooklyn-Kiev port» 1 million 968 thousand 900 tons.
