Odessa, 02 NOVEMBER 2016, CONTEXT-Prichernomorie — In January-October the total turnover of the stevedoring companies operating on the territory of Izmail sea port amounted to 4 million 663,81 thousand tons, the correspondent of IA «Context-Prichernomorie» reports.

It was reported to the agency today, November 02, in a press-service of the SE «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority».

In a press-service reported that according to operational data, the total cargo turnover at the port in January-October amounted to 4 million 663.81 thousand tons, 15.5% more than in the same period of 2015.

Liquid cargoes handled 92.94 thousand tons (142.1% against Jan-Oct 2015); bulk dry cargo — 4 million 258.94 thousand tons (114.4%); unitized cargo — 311.93 thousand tons (123.8%).

REFERENCE: The waters of Izmail port include the water space of the Kiliya arm of the Danube river, from 78 up to 96 km counting from the left coast to an imaginary line of the state border, which passes through the channel of the river. At the port complexes work for processing of general, bulk and containerized cargo.
