Deputy Mayor of Warsaw Włodzimierz Paszyński, Poland, and Mayor of Odesa Eduard Gurvits have signed a partnership agreement, Context-Prichernomorie correspondent reports.

Commenting on the document, Mr Włodzimierz Paszyński said: “We have a lot of common problems and we can only find efficient ways of resolving them through close cooperation.”

He also added, the main aim of partnership between the two cities is strengthening of friendly ties between the citizens of Odesa and Warsaw, development of economic relations, widening the ties in academic and scientific sectors as well as cooperation in tourism and ecology.
